Submitted by Alexandra on Aug 2022Practical transfer from Gili Gede (brief stop at Nusa Penids) to avoid hassle concerning time and money involving transfer to Lombok airport. Upon arriving on Bali, very organized regarding delivery of suitcases and transfer to hotel (included in price). Helpful staff. Clean WC. About twenty minutes delay. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride if it's windy.
Premium service a little hectic at moments
Submitted by Cameron on Jun 2022We started the trip with a moment of anxiety, our car didn't collect us when we were expecting it and couldn't get hold of the company via phone so we booked a cab, we were then charged 100,000 (half what we should of) as they needed to pay the driver - not the end of the world... The boat trip was great although we stopped mid way as the engine was " too hot"? Didn't fill us with confidence but we quickly got back going and the team on boat were very communicative. On the way back there was a lot of madness, there was clearly some issues with the port at Gilli t and the team were managing that, we needed to go to Lombok first and it added time to our trip, it clearly wasn't the companies fault but we could of done with a little more communication. Transport back in Bali to our hotel was great the driver was wonderful and such a pleasure to talk to. So can't fault the companies team, just beware there is always possibility for a little madness when in Bali/Gili
