Because Bali Ferries and our sister platforms are growing rapidly we are looking to expand our team.

We currently have 3 job opening(s). These positions are remote-work but you need to be Bali based. WNI only!

Reservation Desk & Customer Service (Flexible fulltime & hands-on)

Daily tasks:

Update ferry/tour/activities allotment such as closeout dates, update prices, and manage seat availability. Keep in close contact with the reservation department of our suppliers to ensure fast response and updates to our platforms. Handle new reservations and make sure they are well received and confirmed promptly by suppliers. Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying and forwarding customer requests to suppliers. Assist customers in a friendly and polite way with any question or issue they may have. We use a ticketing system for managing all incoming communication (except phone calls).

Because this is a hands-on position working hours are flexible, sometimes it's peak hour in the morning and sometimes in the evening. We expect you to respond promptly to any incoming updates/customer requests. 

Requirements:

  • Speak & write the English language fluently (Very important!)
  • Laptop with a fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Computer skills and fast learning
  • Min 3 years proven experience in the same field.
  • Hands-on 
  • Responsible, honest, and hard-working.
  • Willing to work at our office in the near future.

Salary: 3.500.000 - 6.000.000 IDR (Based on experience and skills)

 



SEO Specialist / SEO Copywriter (Full-Time & Hands-On)

Daily Tasks:

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush to identify high-impact keywords for content creation and optimization.
  • Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, tailored to target audiences.
  • Update and optimize existing website content to align with SEO best practices and improve rankings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive organic traffic and enhance user engagement.
  • Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and prepare regular reports to track progress.
  • Implement and monitor technical SEO changes, including title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and content marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the website is SEO-friendly, addressing any technical issues affecting rankings.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an SEO Specialist, SEO Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SEMrush and other SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (a must).
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems like WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO elements, such as page speed optimization, structured data, and website architecture.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Laptop with a fast and reliable internet connection.

Social Media Manager (Full-Time & Hands-On)

Daily Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling and visually appealing content tailored to the target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights, and prepare regular reports.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure high-quality visuals and videos are produced for posts and stories.
  • Handle crisis management on social platforms, ensuring any negative feedback or issues are addressed appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (a must).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the audience.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Laptop with a fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Willingness to work at our office in the near future.

Salary:

4,000,000 - 6,500,000 IDR (Based on experience and skills)
