We were fortunate enough to sit on the top deck for both trips to Nusa Penida, catching an amazing sunset on the way back to Sanur. Fantastic crew and captain, fast boat. Highly recommend if you're looking for transportation to and from Nusa Penida.

Poor service
Submitted by Nikhil on May 2022After making online booking also you have to wait 1 hour in the line to check in. Staff was very slow in their job and don’t know English.There are many foreign tourist also which are clueless later on.

Took way longer than 45mins
Submitted by Hanna on May 2022The ferry is more expensive than some of the other ones and the whole waiting to get on and off the ferry together with the actual ride took about twice as long as the estimated time. Otherwise staff was nice and helpful.

Cheaper pricing with other operators you won't receive instant confirmation and etickets directly in your email and the boats are sometimes not in good condition. Good and bad
Submitted by Marzia on Apr 2022The way to Nusa Penida has been 1 hour late plus the shuttle was included, then there was a very little note that said it was not. The way back has been just perfect. You algo get free tea or coffee at the harbour while waiting
