Most fast boat services from Padang Bai to the Gili islands/Lombok offer FREE hotel transfers from and to central Ubud. Many hotels and resorts in Ubud are located outside of the core pickup zone, making this a fairly limited region. In case your location is not within the central Ubud area you can still request a pickup from Cocomaret supermarket (Jalan Raya Pengosekan) in Ubud as this is being used as a central collection point for the Ubud area. Simply grab a taxi to this location instead of having to book a private car transfer to the port.
