Pick up service not well explained
Submitted by Ana on Jul 2022Although the boat crossing went well, the pick up service is not as shown at the time of purchase. I canceled the pick-up service 24h before, I spoke with the responsible company and they told me to speak with Baliferries. I spoke to Baliferries and they told me to speak with the company responsible for the pick-up service. Until today I didn't get my refund.

Prices are very cheap, even with hotel pickup the prices are still very affordable. The service was good and professional. We brought a bit more luggage than allowed, but all was good. Will book again! Thank you!
