Daily tasks:
Update ferry/tour/activities allotment such as closeout dates, update prices, and manage seat availability. Keep in close contact with the reservation department of our suppliers to ensure fast response and updates to our platforms. Handle new reservations and make sure they are well received and confirmed promptly by suppliers. Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying and forwarding customer requests to suppliers. Assist customers in a friendly and polite way with any question or issue they may have. We use a ticketing system for managing all incoming communication (except phone calls).
Because this is a hands-on position working hours are flexible, sometimes it's peak hour in the morning and sometimes in the evening. We expect you to respond promptly to any incoming updates/customer requests.
Requirements:
Salary: 3.500.000 - 6.000.000 IDR (Based on experience and skills)
Only Indonesian citizens may apply. Also, you will need to be based in Bali.
